Love the new location. Much larger waiting area is great. Parking is better. Office, lab and exam rooms look k great. Staff is friendly and professional.
My only complaint would be the blood test area: too small and cramped. Staff are bumping into each other. My tech need supplies across from far seat and had to wait or push against the other tech. Definitely not acceptable social distancing in this room. Also having two patients in the room at the same time creates privacy and HIPPA issues. Total lack of privacy between patients. I don't need the patient aside of me watch my tech sticking me. Any blood phobia people are gonna have a real hard time in this room. At the very least put up a privacy drape. Although that won't help with overall crowding of the room.

I have been in and out of doctors for years struggling to find someone who will listen to ME, and actually care about what I’m going through while also being knowledgeable in my ailments.
Valerie is IT. She is absolutely outstanding and for the first time in years I have hope that I can feel better and will be able to heal.
I’m so grateful for her kindness and expertise and I’ve already told my kids and husband to switch to her from our old PCP.
