PHENOMENAL customer service. Phenomenal PCP...Rebecca Reilly is the absolute best. Never rushed anything, very thorough, doesn't miss any details on any of the issues and just the most compassionate PCP anyone could ask for.

Great friendly greeting by the front desk staff, the nurse was easygoing and nice, the doctor was professional and nice too. The only reason I didn’t give it them a 5 is bc of the paperwork. I had spent quite a bit of time in advance entering all info online of my personal info, insurance, meds, etc. then when I had to rewrite it ALL when I got there it was annoying. This was compounded by the fact the nurse had to manually enter it all when I came into the room. It seems there has to be a better way to get the online info into their system. I understand the waivers have to be signed there so there should be some paperwork that is filled out first visit.

I wanted to establish myself as a new patient, as my 20+ year family GP passed away. I was impressed by the timeline of checking in, seeing several nurses, going over medical conditions and leaving in a timely manner. Everyone seemed caring, asking if I had any questions, and seemed more than willing to give me as much time as I needed.

Great from the start. Check in fast and easy. Courteous and polite. The Staff were very sharp and intelligent. My NP, Kim, was very thorough and understanding. She was pleasant and nice along with a good sense of humor. She knew what I was talking about and gave me referral names quickly and easily for specialists.

Felt I had acquired a medical condition requiring evaluation by med professional. Was able to walk -in during urgent care hours, met by helpful front desk, checked in, and in no time was examined. Exam provider was friendly, thorough, and showed they fully cared about my issue. Questions and findings were clearly explained. Findings were reviewed, confirmed by a second staff member and treatment options offered. Prescriptions were placed with my pharmacy, and post exam instructions were provided to me before I left. Check out staff were friendly and completed my visit. This Doctor’s Center facility made receiving medical care easy.
