On the DMV handicap placard application, the ending date was noted as 01/18/23. The DMV tech was technical and would not accept it. So now I will have to come to the office to get a correct form. Also, I requested a permanent placard and was told that the patient would have to almost be debilitated in order to get a permanent one. This is my third temporary -- it would be great if I could be issued a permanent one. In the meantime, my temporary placard has expired. I would appreciate a call from the doctor to discuss this further. Thank you.

Natalie was very personable and friendly. I appreciated that she asked other colleges to look at my wound to determine if I needed antibiotics. Natalie is a great asset to your staff.

First day in a much nicer location. Better parking, bigger more comfortable exam rooms, much bigger waiting room, check-in area/front office is all a huge upgrade! The staff did great. Dr C was understandably stressed. Needs were met and overall it was a good experience.
