Having moved back to Las Vegas, Dr. Capobianco was referred to us. I read the reviews and was looking forward to meeting him. (In San Francisco, I was spoiled with one of the best doctors with the best bedside manner to match). I scheduled my appointment online requesting Dr. Capobianco specifically versus any of the other PA choices. As a first time patient, I visited the office a day before to fill out my paperwork and to make sure I had the right location (good thing I did as the address online doesn't match their brand new address in Henderson). When I arrived the next day, the office had lost my paperwork. It took quite a bit of waiting time for them to finally find it and enter me into the system. Then when I finally had my appointment, I met with a student who is getting her nursing degree online (she was pleasant but didn't instill a lot of trust given her inexperience). I didn't even meet with a PA except for a couple of minutes at the end. On checking out, I was charged the complete amount (versus a $20 co-pay) even though I verified online that he was in network with my insurance carrier. For a first impression, this was not a positive experience at all. I am debating whether or not to continue or seek another doctor.

My atender was Antonio not Rebecca and It was a really nice experience, he was nice, interested in all the things that I was sayng to him and take the time to explain me and gude me on my diabetes snd my knee pain treatment.
