Every staff I encountered was nice, friendly, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable. Each one took their time with you and ensured you were happy with your service. I know I found my primary and will be having my parents come along.

Doctors and aides are very nice as is the facility. Nothing fancy but accommodating. Lab on site so that is a great convenience.
Wait time even with an appointment is very long though. That would be my only concern. So, just be prepared with something to read or do.

There was one blip with getting in at front desk but outside of that the entire visit was efficient, pleasant, useful and unrushed. Way easier than any other dr experience.

The two women at the front are horrible. They don’t greet you when you walk in or say anything at all to you. They expect you to just know to sign your name on the sheet and sit down and HOPE you get called soon. I had an appointment at 2:15 didn’t get brought to the back until 3:10. I left the office after 4. This places use to be fast and the staff in the front is awful! The two ladies. The younger girl has the worst attitude ever. I will start going to the new location! Never coming back
