The office is clean and efficient. I have never been left waiting for long. It’s very convenient that they can take blood on site so you don’t have to go somewhere else for bloodwork; I had results in less than 24 hours. The last time I was there, there had been a scheduling mixup where they had accidentally scheduled me for a different day than I requested; I didn’t notice until I was in the office for what I thought was my appointment time, and they were still able to fit me in with very little wait time rather than sending me home and telling me to come back the next day, which I really appreciated. I see Natalie Wynn, who is very down to earth, calm and comforting. She instills trust and don’t feel rushed when I see her.

I had a great experience with this place and even though I was late for my appointment, they didn't hold it against or they wasn't mad. The doctor was really patient and knowledgeable in what she was doing.
