If give good reviews then more people will need your service I almost want to keep it a secret, you guys are so damn good. If you can duplicate everyone there, I might make an exception, and I would help build another office somewhere else.

Extremely satisfied with doctor. However reception desk leaves much to be desired. I was waiting an hour before they realized they missed my name and when checking out and scheduling diagnostic test I informed them technician was unavailable as per doctor and yet they insisted and scheduled my test. Later in day they did call and apologize and rescheduled me.

I had called the office the day before the telamed call. The practitioner asked me about my concern, took all of my info down, set up a call for the next day and gave me a phone number to call 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment/call. I was impressed that it all worked so smoothly and Katherine had all of my information in front of her… I didn’t have to repeat anything that I told the practitioner the day before!! Awesome! Katherine was able to solve my issue within a minute and she was very kind and understanding. Thank you so much!
