I had called the office the day before the telamed call. The practitioner asked me about my concern, took all of my info down, set up a call for the next day and gave me a phone number to call 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment/call. I was impressed that it all worked so smoothly and Katherine had all of my information in front of her… I didn’t have to repeat anything that I told the practitioner the day before!! Awesome! Katherine was able to solve my issue within a minute and she was very kind and understanding. Thank you so much!

Was seen very soon after I got there. The nurse was helpful, polite, friendly. He was particularly interested in making sure I didn’t get an extra flu shot.
