I was early for my appointment but I was still seen with in 15 minutes of my arrival. The staff was attentive.

She is great and knows a lot. As far as Tonia at the front desk she wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom and I was holding it for over 2 hours for drug screening and told her I am hurting and have to badly and she said ur going to have to wait till I put u in the computer… then gets on the phone and talks for quite a bit and I came back up and said excuse I have to go like now this was 10 minutes later… she then said I said u have to wait… so she got up and walked away and it was now 20 minutes later and I was just going to walk out and never come back but Ulysses came up front and I told him what happened and he brought me right back no problem and let me go right away. I doubt I will be going back to your practice again….

Erin listen to my concerts and addressed them. This office always takes care of me and listens to me in every issue I’ve even had. My health has done a complete turn around for the better since I started coming here. I am comfortable with the staff enough to be honest. I am forever grateful for everyone working here.
