Everyone is great. The only reason I gave you a 4 is because the bathroom was disgusting. There was pee on the toilet, the trash was overflowing onto the floor and the sink was dirty. It obviously hadn't been checked in awhile.

First chance to meet with DR. C. He was personable, amiable. He listened to me. Also took time with me. Very professional, attentive. Answered my questions and gave me a course to follow up on for my specific concerns. Very satisfied.
