I am a raving fan of Chris! My husband even comments how much of a change he sees. My ADHD, my MS flare ups have completely stopped and oh I am so relaxed and able to sew again.I haven’t been able to make quilts since my diagnosis on November 29th of 2012

It actually is a very empowering book and they have written many amazing self help books together. But, this is my favorite because it teaches you to only see the good and accept that their personal issues are something I can’t help them with until I treat them with respect & I support them. It’s what Chris does he empowers me to be a strong, relaxed, grateful, helpful human being! I find so much healing because Chris has giving me back my healing coping skill! Chris please never leave or if you do PLEASE take me with you as a RAVING FAN client you’re making me learn to calm my mind and relax my body. Thank you!
