I was very happy to get in to see Dr C but i though it was going to be getting help with my sciatic pain in my lower back but I guess i was wrong. I do really like going to see him but I'm still in pain

Natalie was dismissive, invalidating, and acted like she just didn't care about the medical issue I've been dealing with and suffering from. She didn't really offer me many options for treatment, I actually had to ask her for a shot I've received from Doctors Center in the past, she didn't offer it as an option until I brought it up. I shouldn't have to go into an appointment with a medical professional knowing what can help me, that's their job because they're the specialist not me. And I'm upset that there might have been other options available to me that I didn't know to ask for. She even admitted that she's never dealt with my issue so she doesn't know what it's like, but that's not an excuse to belittle my experience just because she's never gone through it herself. The lack of empathy she gave me was palpable, insulting, and disrespectful.
I'm lucky that my condition wasn't life threatening or could have been connected to something more serious going on, my heart hurts to imagine other people who see her and leave her appointments without being any closer to answers or options they were looking for going in.
I'm glad there are other doctors at your office that I can see instead, because if she was my only option I would absolutely never come back.

I love the doctor center they get me in and out I never wait more than 10mnts they respact my time as most people know when you go to see a doctor they always keep you waiting not at Doctors centers get you in and get you out the nurses are great Nattalie is fantastic they listen to your needs and the whole staff is amazing. Thanks for all the great service!!!
