Disjointed office today. Maybe flu season is taking its toll. Waited over 20 minutes for very minor procedure. Valerie is good overall but you absolutely feel rushed. Staff didn't seem to know what had already been done while I waited. Hope my prescription went through.

The check in process was a little wonky, not streamlined until the one seasoned person was able to take control. The M.A.'s and the NP's are great.

I usually have such great experiences here at this office. But recently I learned I have a close to $500.00 bill that I was blindsided with. So that is one thing. And second thing I had a fairly heated discussion with a nurse practitioner that I seen. I feel like she could have handled our debate a little more professional. She is human, but she allowed her feelings and emotions to get the best of her. She even made a comment assuming her education level was superior to mine all because she disagreed with what we were discussing. I believe she had an issue with me challenging her opinion. I even asked her to tell me where she gets her information from so that I can do more research and she wouldn’t provide that to me. I am sure she is a very nice and sweet person, however our conversation shouldn’t have gotten to the level it did. Then one final jab by her as she walked out of the room, she advised me I should still agree to taking a certain drug even though we just had a huge debate and she fully understood my take on the issue. Hopefully my conversation with this nurse don’t have an impact on my future visits. We shall see.

Natalie listened to me and didn't make me feel awkward when attempting to describe my issues. She was down to earth, inquisitive, and seemed to genuinely care about her craft. She was with a student nurse and you could already see the positive effect she was having. Both Natalie and the student nurse were fantastic. They put my mind to rest, got me in and out with blood results the same day. All while never making me feel like another number in a queue.
Can't say enough about about how surprised and satisfied I was with the whole experience.

It took over a half hour to give blood I was the only person who was giving blood and then the orders were all messed up

Had to wait 90 minutes before Dr. Cap came in, but flu and Covid season makes that understandable. The nurses doing intake made that tolerable for sure. Dr Cap is great and got me taken care of and out quickly without rushing my visit. Front desk gals were quick and efficient and as always, very friendly. I do recommend all the time. Merry Christmas

Kelly is very thorough, detailed and professional.
