The lady working at the front was not very nice at all. I waited awhile and I heard her being very rude the patients. It wasn’t this young girl it was the other one. I saw the male PA and he was amazing. I also had labs that day with an African American women and she was so nice a very pleasant. She was training another woman and she was great also.

The student NP and the NP that I saw were fantastic. Informative and thorough with their assessment. Great bedside manner and explained everything to me.
Although the wait time was long, it is understandable as every patient requires a certain amount of time with the doctor.
The waiting room itself is small and not enough seating area but overall staff was great. Friendly and informative about wait time. Clean office and honestly the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in town for an urgent care/regular doctors office.
